- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

The stay was amazing! It’s beautiful and clean
The views are incredible. The grill did not work but they responded quickly and replaced it! The elevator we didn’t use unless needed to but sometimes would come and other times it wouldn’t . But other than that it’s a beautiful house in a beautiful location! We loved it

For a property across the street from the beach, this house really delivers on views of the gorgeous Gulf. We found it to be spacious with nice furnishings and the kitchen was very well equipped. Outdoor living spaces were great for the family to spread out. Two minor issues were resolved same day by the rental company. We had a great week.

The property was in a great quiet location, had lots of space, but somewhat outdated. Some fixtures were loose, lighting older/dim, had a water leak in upstairs tub, but maintenance came to fix right away. Looked like it had happened before. Could not lock front door w/key, lock would not turn, only from inside. Big kitchen great for large families/groups, comfy LR furniture, porches w/beach view. Overall good, just needed some updating. Hope they read these reviews & will work on it.
