Overall it is a nice quiet community. Check in/ out was easy. The only down side was the beds are very firm.

Overall, me, my wife and our little Isabella had a great stay. The check in was super smooth, Joe sent our check in instructions quickly and promptly. The property was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the public beach access, but far enough away from the strip to be polluted with crazy folks and noise. The street was very quiet. One of the nights, me and wife had been burnt up from the sun. We sat and watched movies until 3am in the living room. Felt just like home. Lots of shops and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. A lot in walking distance. We are fairly local but staying as long as we did was a first time for us. The Mint Mermaid and the hosts just made it such a wonderful and chill visit. We would love to stay again in the future.

The property is located in a close proximity to the beach .. I liked having my dog there and the neighbors were very friendly !!
