The view was great. Direct beach access was great. Couch upstairs was great. The pool and hot tub were great.

The location is nice. Unfortunately for the amount of money we spent, it is the little things that make all the difference. This house has a mildew/moldy smell when you walk in the front door. Cleanliness was not up to standard. Dirty kitchen appliances, random garbage left around the house. Whoever cleans is not doing a overall check before new guests arrive. Not sure I would choose a home managed by Vacasa again.
