Black Bear Chalet is a cozy and modern cabin which offers a convenient location to area amusements and amenities. If a quiet and calm vacation is what you are looking for then lounging by the wood burning fireplace inside or outside by the firepit will definitely check that bucket list. Enjoy some family games upstairs or prepare that delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen. Emerald Lakes amenities passes are available for purchase to enjoy the indoor & outdoor pools, beaches and lakes. PA Fishing License and Emerald Lakes Fishing Permit Required. 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom cozy chalet. Downstairs features a fully stocked, modern, eat-in Kitchen & seating for 6, living room with large TV, wood burning fireplace & desk that doubles as extra seating area for 3 with a bench and stool. 2 Queen Bedrooms with smart TVs downstairs along with 1 Full bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs loft houses a Roku TV, family games, seating area complete with bean bags & ottomans. 3rd Bedroom upstairs with smart TV, 2 double beds and 1 twin trundle located under the right bed and pulls out along the low ceiling side. Outside deck features a propane grill, dinning table, bistro set and Adirondack chair. Firepit area with 5 heavy Adirondack chairs on lawn. All linens are provided. TVs in all bedrooms, Living room and loft. Bedding duvets subject to change per season. A/C in Living, Kitchen and loft. Window AC Units in all bedrooms. Oscillating fans in Bedrooms. Parking for 3 vehicles is allowed on the driveway only. On street parking is prohibited. All roads in Emerald Lakes have a strict 25 MPH speed limit. Beach/Pool towels provided. Outdoor security cameras record video 24/7 to monitor for illegal parties/unregistered guests.

The chalet was exactly as pictured and described. Extremely clean, quiet, relaxing. Lauren was awesome. We look forward to going back.

Four friends wanted to get together to celebrate our friendship and love for each other still after 40 years . We were wanted quick And convenience.. The Black Bear Chalet checked all our needs. Access was easy and the chalet was pictured! as seen on VRBO. Access to home, stores , and amenities PERFECT! Every question was answered and every concern was addressed. Cleanliness of the home was OUTSTANDING!. The owner allowed a early check-in but we would have liked a later check-out ( perhaps noon) . Very happy and would visit again . 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
