Fully furnished sleeps 1-4 comfortably, Broadband internet, w/d off full bath, nice kitchenette w/microwave convection oven, work area w/desk alongside eating area, nice outdoor patio.
Will rent short term for 1-3mo of summer ($3,500/mo) or longer for 6-12mo lease ($2k/mo). Dog possible, no cats or smoking.

Exactly what we needed for a hiking vacation. We had everything we needed, the unit was clean and comfortable, the host is gracious, and the location is just a few miles from the RMNP with a grocery store very conveniently along the way. Highly recommend and will happily return again.
