This stylish 3-bedroom cottage is just steps from the beach in Sunny Beach, one of Galveston`s historic beachfront communities. Unwind on one of the two patio decks after a day of fun, or gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars. Kids will love the close proximity to the beach, while everyone can enjoy the on-site cowboy soaking pool for a relaxing dip. Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn are just a short drive away for even more excitement.

● Location: Sunny Beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach Access: 30 second drive or 3 minute walk to the Sunny Beach access point.
● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.
● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

After a day of exploring Galveston, sink into the plush couch and share stories about your adventures. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the washer and dryer make packing light a breeze. Tucked away on the same level are 3 bedrooms offering a peaceful retreat for everyone. There’s the master suite with a luxurious king-sized bed. Then a guest bedroom equipped with two queen-sized beds. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Finally the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds which offer a fun and cozy space for anyone to enjoy

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

So the unit was nice, there were a few things that needed repair but nothing to limit your stay. It had a decent view from the porch which I loved. It had 3 bedrooms and slept 10 but only seating for 4 in the tiny living room. No dining table just 4 stools at the counter. No place to put a drink if sitting on the couch. Overall it was just me and my husband so we made it work. The amount of messages for upselling was too much. When I was trying to prepare dinner and there was no can opener I only got ai type replies. After saying they provided them, one an hour later a person finally messaged to say they don’t provide a can opener. So no customer service to speak of. I didn’t appreciate that. Washer dryer was nice to have but it’s in the kitchen and it’s very tight in the kitchen. It was pretty clean except the front door was really dirty and the windows were pretty dirty hard to see the view. I wouldn’t not recommend but just know what your getting and bring a can opener if your going to need one.

Though the space is tight the value for the price was great. The location was perfect for us. Our only issue with the bathroom was resolved immediately. We would definitely return.

Nice place to stay and very close to the beach. With only one bathroom, I would not recommend a family bigger than 4. Some feedback for improvement would be to add a coffee table to the seating area as we had to sit in the floor to pay games and nowhere to put our plates when we ate. The cleaning service used is anything but thorough. We usually wipe down the house when we go, but our wipes were all grey, stains on the blinds and walls, and the floor probably hadn’t been moped in some time. Plenty of towels but no bath soap so bring your own. We would absolutely stay here again though.

We loved the location of this cozy beach cottage. It was so close to the beach. Very nicely decorated, clean, and enough room for us all. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
