I showed up at around midnight on my first day of check in time.
Everything was OK until they pulled out my invoice and told that had to pay $*** per night more on my 3 night stay.
I was very disappointed with the attitude of the desk clerk, when I was surprised with the overcharge , he pretty much told me , you want the room with the extra charge or not.
My family and I were very tired , so l just told him to give the damd room.
We really needed to rest after driving 6 hours to get to our destination , not a good experience with the hotel attendant.
And for last but not least, the place is kind of far from the shopping stores.. Good thing l had a car to move around with.
At the end I just told him that I was going to speak with the Agoda travel agency to find out what happened with the mixup of the travel agency 🤔 thanks for reading this suggestion of mine about my experience with the Splash Inn Hotel.
