GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the property, with the exception of 2 owner's closets.
Other things to note:
*Guests must be 25 years or older to book Onda House.* (Some exceptions can be made by host, send inquiry).
*Guests must provide a copy of their driver's license upon booking confirmation*
*Guests will be required to sign a separate vacation rental agreement (digital).*
Jacuzzi heating is FREE (please be courteous and avoid excess use). Push the spa-side button behind BBQ grill to activate the heater and jets!
**Let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you would like the pool to be heated during spring/winter months! There is a $100/day pool heating fee.
*Vehicles with signage/logos or commercial vans/vehicles are NOT allowed in the community and will be ticketed. They must be parked outside the main gate*

Each year, 8-10 of our fantasy football group gather in the Palm Springs area for golf, BBQ and to catch up on football around the time of wildcard or divisional playoffs. The Onda House in Indio is the perfect spot for our group. It’s located just off the 10 in a quiet, gated community. Ample bedrooms for our group. Plenty of space with pool, jacuzzi, corn hole, pool table, ping pong and foosball.Clean property and everything is exactly as advertised. Friendly and responsive owner as well. Will stay at this house again in the future. Thanks!

Great property. Super clean and safe gated community. Very entertaining. The game room and the pool area are excellent for families with kids. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
