There is a 2-person kayak and a paddleboard for renters if you choose to explore the creek or Indian River Bay. Bethany Beach and the Delaware Seashore State Park are just minutes away. Bring your fishing poles or crab traps (DE fishing license needed) and take advantage of what the area offers.
This beautifully decorated, three-story townhome has three primary bedrooms, ensuites, and a powder room, providing comfortable accommodations for eight people. It's located in the community of Bethany Marina, close to shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. While here, feel free to take a swim in the community pool or stroll the docks.
The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, television, full bath with shower, and a first-floor balcony. The second floor has a dining area, kitchen with newer appliances, bar area, living room, television, game cabinet, and access to the balcony. The second-floor balcony has 12' of bar tables and six barstools overlooking Whites Creek, perfect for your morning coffee. The 3rd floor includes the primary bedroom, an additional bedroom, and a laundry closet. The primary has a queen-sized bed, television, private balcony overlooking the water with elevated seating for 2, and a master bath with double sinks and shower. The additional bedroom has four twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower.

LOCATION: Bayfront in Ocean View, DE. A quick drive to Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, or Ocean City, Maryland beaches!
PARKING: Assigned parking is available for two, and overflow is available.
AMENITIES: Community pool, kayak, washer, dryer, central AC, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Insurance is required to access the boat slip. No pets and no smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We lucked out finding this property available late in summer. The house is completely updated and professionally decorated. Each level had its own deck to enjoy the beautiful bay. We loved the bar on the main level deck that conveniently doubled as a dining table. Our very own waterfront bar! Weather wasn't great and we were grateful to have access to a swimming pool with high winds making the beach unusable. Well appointed and great location. Highly recommend this property!!

This absolutely lovely spot was as close to perfection as you can get! We were looking for tranquility and water views and this totally exceeded our expectations! The decor is just beautiful and the 3 decks.. yes 3…provide for breathtaking views throughout the day and night. With the exception of miscommunication and lack of check in information from the reality company, this was an incredible getaway and we will definitely be back!

What an absolutely stunning home! Hubby and I enjoyed a whole week of the lovely direct water views. The home was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home with the coziness of the rooms and had no problem cooking in the well appointed kitchen. We would love to return in the future for another restful stay.
