About this villa rental
This modern, beautifully finished, and spacious four- bedroom villa is in Chiclana de la Frontera and
close to famous La Barossa beach. The Villa is airconditioned throughout. It has open plan modern
fully equipped kitchen, which is adjacent to the property’s living room with large dining table and
comfortable TV seating area with sofa and armchairs. There is also one double bedroom with
adjacent bathroom to the back of the property on the ground floor. Three further double bedrooms
are located on the first floor. There are also two bathrooms: one with en-suite shower and another
with a bath.
Outside of the villa there are two outside spaces with seating and dining areas and private pool, which
can be used for dining, sunbathing and BBQ. There is also parking for two cars on the grounds of the
property.
Villa Trafalgar is located close to all amenities, beach and golf clubs of Novo Sancti Petri Golf and
Club de Golf Campano. This place is perfect for families or groups of friends alike.

A spacious property with four good sized beds and bedrooms. The downstairs living area was spacious and suited us well.
While the pool was unheated we did manage to go in for a dip most days.
The villa is located between the town and the beach which meant we needed to drive everywhere however this wasn't too much of a hassle. Parking near the beach was fine.
It was a good base for our visits to Cadiz, Jerez and some of the nearby hill towns.
We had a few minor house issues while there but they were quickly resolved by the property management team.
There is still some development going on in the area (a new villa about 50m away) which meant a lot of building noise from eight am through to around four thirty and it would have been nice to have had some more time to relax at the villa, without the builders being present.
All in all happy with our choice and will add this as a potential future rent, once the building work is completed.
