About this house rental
If you are headed to Yosemite ( 11 miles from the south gate) or Bass Lake (just 4 miles) or just want to escape from the crowded city, this home is the answer. The house is on one of the best Lewis Creek frontage properties where you can listen to the relaxing sound of the waterfalls in the backyard or take a dip in one of the 3 refreshing pools. This 3 bdrm 2 bath home offers a view from every room.
Conveniently located off Hwy 41, only 4 miles from the town of Oakhurst. The well-established neighborhood is quiet and the cabin is in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children, either 2 or 4-legged, where they can safely experience nature. There are restaurants nearby or you can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. There are TV's in every room, and a dog door that goes out to a large and secure fenced area for your pets to roam yet be safe. The house above is also a vacation rental. The two houses are completely separate from one another sharing nothing except the entrance to the driveway.

Excellent stay here. Listening to the creek all night through the open windows was soothing and peaceful. We had dogs with us, and they loved the large, fenced backyard, spending the first hour of each morning sniffing every inch to see who had visited during the night. Beds were comfy as were the couches. The hall bathroom has a nice, roomy tub with jets. We walked 2 doors down to the neighborhood park and played in the creek there as well. My favorite things were the beautiful succulents around the place, and the dining room tablecloth which we immediately removed so as not to get it dirty. We did 2 loads of laundry during our stay and the washer and dryer were top of the line. Can't wait to come back to this house next summer.

Incredible outdoor space! We enjoyed eating on the deck looking out at the creek and gorgeous view. The creek was great to swim in after a long day of hiking in Yosemite. Inside was spacious and the hosts were very responsive. Overall an ideal stay for exploring Yosemite and the surrounding area.

You should stay here!! My whole family wanted to stay here for our entire trip and didn’t want to leave! The pictures, and even description/reviews don’t do this place justice! Not only is the house very well appointed with everything you could need for a great stay but the beds are VERY comfortable and the creek area out back is comically awesome. You could easily simply spend a day just hanging at this house and its beautiful and fun creek access. The hosts are great, all processes were very simple and any needs are met in this house. You should book this house when staying in the Yosemite area, you will be so happy you did!
