This brand new contemporary studio was designed for guests craving a quality stay in Arcata with comfort & style in mind. Perfect for an easy, relaxing getaway furnished with a quality King bed, gas fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. The home features a large Smart T.V. for a cozy night in! Conveniently located just footsteps to downtown Arcata, and less than a five minute drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Take an easy stroll to visit Saturday's farmer's market on the Plaza. Enjoy walking to the vibrant nightlife and sampling the delicious local brews, cider bar, wine tasting and one of a kind restaurants. Onsite parking is limited to 1 compact vehicle only.

Important Notes:

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.

** Upon completion of booking reservation guests will be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to Trinidad Retreats rules and regulations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and comfortable stay, except for the moldy smell from bathroom heat fan and not so good mattress.

This little studio couldn’t be more perfect! Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, walking distance to everything, and very quiet! Will absolutely stay here every time we come to visit my son at college.
