The mattress is in need to be replaced!Who ever cleans your place needs to clean under the blanket chest. Dropped something and it went under very dirty w a black sock! Window seals has not been cleaned. Lots of lint.I have been coming here for 23 years!Love it here! Just being honest with the above information as I would hope everyone else would also do! Love the condo beside the above! We did pick the rug up and shook it off and watered the flowers! Good Tennessee ladies!!

Great location on the beach! Floors were dirty when we got to condo but there was a broom/mop in room so it didn’t take long to get it cleaned. Pretty little condo and plenty for my husband and I and our two teenage boys. Convenient laundry room down stairs.

Four things need addressing in this unit;
Toilet runs unless you pull handle back up manually
Rugs in living room and bedroom are pretty dirty
Bed is listed as a queen but is a full. Mattress needs replacing very uncomfortable.
Bedroom light hard to get to stay on may have a short
