One bedroom with queen bed. Sleeper sofa and recliner chair in living area. WiFi available (TV available for you to stream from your device, no cable). Bathroom has tub/shower. Kitchen stocked with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils to create your own meals on the gas stove. BBQ on the outdoor gas grill.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Didn’t use the pool. Inside was clean, outside table and bbq needed dusting before we used them. Had contact with Larry , he was very helpful, great host.
