The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. Access to the pool requires a $100 weekly guest pass (paid in advance).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Well stocked with family board games, beach towels, bath towels, and blow dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some extras. We brought our own spices but they even had seasonings. Comfortable beds with inviting beachside decor. Renovated beach home that suited our family of 4 perfectly. Wonderful fenced in yard.
Cleaning crew left a face towel on steps probably while on way out but was cleaned and stocked. We couldn’t find dish soup but when you arrive look for a box on the kitchen island counter. Everything is there including a sponge professionally packaged. We didn’t realize until last minute. I was looking around on the top and under sink.
There is a coffee pot that is standard size. I believe will take triangle shaped filters with regular coffee ..not pods. Watched the sunrise from the window. Beautiful!!! We also brought bicycles. Was perfect to ride out early morning. Loved the location. Beach right up
street and opposite direction is a fishing peer probably less than 1/2 mile.

We loved staying here and it's proximity to a beach nearby. We also loved eating at the marina down the street!

Disappointed need extensive repairs and cleaned up downstairs wasn't worth the price. The inside was clean however I could have rented a hotel if we wanted only sleeping quarters.
