Relax and gaze at the beautiful Deschutes River from your deck, or take a short walk to the sports center for year-round activities. This two-level townhouse is conveniently located to enjoy the resort amenities of Eagle Crest or simply stay in by the cozy fireplace and enjoy the expansive view. The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances and is equipped with everything you'll need. The main level bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The upstairs main suite with a balcony has a king bed and a soaking tub with a view too. This home is equipped with the following baby items for use during your stay including; a high chair, booster seat, playpen with basset, and infant backpack. Parking is out in front with one assigned spot and several available on the street. There is a river trail a short walk away and the other biking and hiking trails are nearby. All your favorite Central Oregon activities are only a short drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You have incorrect dates It is Agust 22 to 25 2025.It was very hot and very smoky due to fires in Central Oregon. NEVERTHELESS, we loved the house and really relaxed. Even a smoky view is beautiful.Two things need fixing: screendoor off livi g room and bedroom closet shelf. Otherwise perfect.

This unit was set up nicely, comfortable seating and beds. Plenty of space upstairs and down. The view of the river was awesome. However there were used, dirty pans in the cupboard. Also, the sofa bed sheets, stored in a bin in the closet, were all very damp. We had to rewash and dry them before we could use the sofa bed.

Location and furnishing great. It is time to upgrade some kitchen items, remind the cleaning crew to FINISH the job.
