A classmate and I stayed in this property while we were visiting from out of town for a medical rotation at UNM.
Lia was easy to work with and very responsive to questions - a great host and I really appreciate it.
The property itself was located conveniently and I was able to bike to the hospital in 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and quiet and the parking situation was great.
The neighborhood never felt unsafe, but there are bars on the window, which might be important for some renters to know.
I know Lia is new to renting on VRBO and the only recommendations I'd offer are to repair a bedroom door that was not fully on its hinges (it was impossible to open/close it without making a lot of noise) and to perhaps stock the kitchen a bit so that it's easier for long-term residents to prepare their own meals (I had to buy my own chef's knife, cutting board and large frying pan. There were also no bowls large enough for meals, just some very small ones that weren't of much use.).
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and based on what else is on offer, it seems to represent a good value in ABQ. With a few small upgrades, it could be a 5-star stay.
