With its classic coastal design, The Summit offers two spacious King bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, and a double Queen guestroom with an ensuite full bathroom. Great communication with our owner! She was amazing! This location is perfect. Right next to the Perfect Pig and you just walk across the street to go to the beach! Great stay! Great space. Great location.

Our family stayed here and it was perfect! We had plenty of room for some family dinners and the three bedrooms were perfect. Located just across 30a gave us easy access to the beach and the pool had nice lounge chairs for hanging out.

This was our 1st time to Seagrove, usually stay in Destin but wanted out of all the traffic. Great location to the beach, about a 2 min walk. 2 king bedrooms and a 3rd room with double queen beds worked amazing for our family of all adults, including my 83 year old mother. Being on the first flooor was also a plus for her, open the back door and there was the pool as well as the back gate that takes you onto 30A and toward the beach access. Fabulous restaurant right next door, Perfect PIg, Publix was about mile and half. seaside was about 5 minutes down 30A for a day of shopping and eating. As far as the property, condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and more. Communication was great, but really never needed anything as it was already provided to us beforehand. Parking for your car is just out front door and there was always plenty of parking, never had to hunt. Will definitely be back to this place when returning to Seagrove.
