About this apartment rental
Our hot tubs are serviced daily making sure the chlorine levels are clean, healthy, and safe per CDC guidelines. You'll have exclusive access to the hot tub for your use only.
Located within a few blocks walk to the Utah State Capitol. Enjoy a relaxing evening to yourselves in this hot tub after taking a walk through Memory Grove. Easy walk to the heart of downtown and just 10 minutes to Salt Lake Intn’l Airport
The space:
Enjoy this newly remodeled apartment with new kitchen, bathroom and appliances! The fenced sideyard contains a new hot tub for your enjoyment! This is a triplex above another unit. You may hear folks below and they will hear you walking above them. please be respectful to minimize voices after 11 pm quiet time.
Guest access:
Full access to hot tub in sideyard for your exclusive use only. The window at the side is frosted and the floor is too low for those to see you outside. The stairwell leads to a storage area and folks will not be coming into this space. It’s for your private and exclusive use only.
Other things to note:
We cannot accommodate a trailer/camper/etc. The driveway is sloped in a way that scrapes hitches and there is no street parking.
Hot tub maintenance personal will be servicing the hot tubs daily between the hours of 9 am-3 pm. Please make sure there are no pets left unattended in the backyard.

This little apartment is so cute. It has such cute decor and little touches to it that make it so unique. This was probably the cleanest home I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t emphasize enough how clean it was.We even had our hot tub. Great location also.

My partner, another couple and I stayed here over a long weekend. It was a great location, very close to the capital and easy to walk to town. The apartment and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hosts were both very communicative and great to work with. I would stay here again for sure!
