Immaculate. Property is easily accessible.I would suggest instructions on how to adjust the thermostat.All bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs are steep.We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at 315 14th Street. It was just as spacious as the pictures show, which made it a perfect place for family to gather. Lovely home. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is centrally located, so we were minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood. My only complaint would be that the bed was a bit too soft for my back, but that’s just personal preference. I would stay here again.

Stunning home near the heart of downtown. Very spacious living and dining room areas. Two very nice king beds that were very comfortable (if you like soft) The master bath has a beautiful tub and large stand up shower. Overall great experience. Our host was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

What a hidden gem. This house was perfect for my families long weekend trip to Owensboro for a wedding. The location is perfect for getting around anywhere in town quickly. The owners have decorated in a wonderful MCM that I honestly never knew how much I loved until staying here. The house has everything you need. I would definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again next time I’m in town.

Take your shoes off at the door! I’m coming back and I want you to leave this place just as clean as I found it:). Ladies, bring your bath salts and bubbles for the tub:) Loved the large rooms. Two king beds and two twin beds. Door code is easy to remember:)

We were traveling to Kentucky to visit family. And this home was absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked. It was well-kept and clean. My absolute favorite was the master bedroom bathroom it was perfect and so clean. The beds in the home were super comfortable. They provided nice blankets everywhere in the house to snuggle up with. The kitchen was fantastic I cooked in it a few days during our trip. We would definitely and plan on definitely coming back to stay in this home when we visit our family again. And the property owner was so nice to us.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay. In addition, everything was easy to find and it was super close to downtown and the riverfront. Check in and check out were super convenient. We will absolutely be staying here again.
