It was wonderful, perfect for us. Only issues:-parking pass was not brought to us til next day-coffee carafe was broken. On the 2nd day you said you would bring us a new one but never did and would no longer answer any further messages

Poor quality ‘home’, kitchen window open/close broken, creaky floors throughout, paper-thin walls, generally ‘builder’s grade’ construction and mediocre workmanship, minimum number of power outlets in each room, etc. Very cramped quarters for two couples, especially one of the two bedrooms - very small! Beds and furniture marginally comfortable. Pretty clean inside, but front entry mat and entry area filthy with leaves and dirt. Someone from Outpost property managers tried to enter with key - while we were there!!! - said later the employee was confused between the number of our unit and where they were supposed to be going. Car parking rules/dashboard passes confusing, and Outpost was confused as well. For the exorbitant price charged, we all really expected more at so many levels. Disappointing…
