Our Waterfront home is located in the 4x4 neighborhood of Carova Beach, NC. Accessing this beach community is by 4 wheel drive only. Our home offers three level living with wraparound decks accessible from every bedroom and living area. Great hammock, screened in porch and hot tub areas.
Kayak, fish, crabbing and swimming right in your backyard. Bring your boat, Knotts island public ramp is just across sound. 8 minute ride. Carova Beach public boat ramp 2 blocks away.
Wild horses, Ospreys, Herons, Pellicans, Egrets, Fox, Deer and more wildlife to see right off our homes 2, wrap around decks. No need for binoculars, they'll get close!
Home water source is from well and sewer is on private septic System.
Eye opening sunrises to your East and Award winning sunsets to our west.
We strive to satisfy your home away from home Vacation expectations, as we treat each guest as a new friend. Hot tub services and maintenance are preformed Saturday and Tuesdays.

We had the best week with friends and family at this home! Everyone had their cozy space, and we did not feel overcrowded at all. We spent so much time on the amazing outdoor decks and dock. Marcus and Virginia were great communicators and made it feel like a home away from home. Highest recommendations!

We booked this property as our first big family vacation in a couple of years and it was a great experience. Marcus and Virginia were kept in touch whenever we had questions and were quick to help when needed. House was clean and comfortable. Being on the canal was great since it opened up kayaking and paddleboarding whenever we wanted, not just if we made a special trip to do so. Plenty of shade around the property. Close proximity to the local dump for in between trash pick-ups. Two refrigerators meant we were able to do all of our shopping for the 13 of us in one trip at the beginning of the week. Lots of seating, indoors and out. No one felt cramped for space and it was easy to have quiet time if needed, especially in the hammock. Do be aware that it is a good distance off the pavement and that the sand can get rough in places. Some of the women in my group complained a little, but I found it fun driving on the beach. A couple of our items did get discolored in the wash, so use caution if washing something that has sentimental value to you. Marcus and Virginia stepped up quickly and made it right with us. Overall it was a great trip with great hosts who cared and wanted us to have the best time possible!
