*During the summer, you'll have access to the boat slip where you can enjoy swimming in the inviting warm lake, kayaking, water skiing, and fishing to your heart's content. Please note that the boat slip is only accessible until October due to water levels declining in the fall/winter.
*Please carpool and bring no more than 2 small to medium size vehicles. Parking is very limited. TRUCKS MUST BE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO BOOKING. We cannot accommodate large vehicles without prior approval.

Our stay at the Bass lake house was exceptional! We had a very relaxing time. Bike trails are great, short drive to Yosemite was a plus!! We loved boating on the lake and how close the marina was to the house. Coffee in morning and dinner on the deck over looked the lake were fantastic. Just what we wanted! The hosts were incredible! Very helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend staying here! We will. Loved the early fall weather!

We loved the dock. Lake front was great. My husband caught a bass right off the dock. Very clean. Owners were great. Need more salt. I did not care for the two bedrooms attached, but it was really not a problem

Listing is not advertised correctly! Our plans for spring break changed and we were looking for a house last minute. I jumped on VRBO and looked for a house on the lake. Found this great looking listing for “ENTIRE cabin lakefront.” The pictures looked amazing and the price was great. When you look through the pictures there is a picture from the deck looking back to the cabin and it’s two stories! It looked perfect! After reviewing the listing (after I booked) in closer detail I saw that it’s only the bottom level and the owner lives on site. It says the top of the cabin is another rental and that was not part of our space. There was 8 of us. 4 teens and 4 adults. The cabin super small (it would have been nice if the SQ FT was included) but now I see why. If privacy isn’t an issue for you this place is great. It’s right on the lake. But we left for the entire day so that we could feel like we had our own space for vacation. Owner was very nice and greeted us when we arrived. I couldn’t find the code to get into the door. The owner did not want to give me the code. He walked down to the door and opened it for us. Not sure why that was an issue on giving us the code. If I would have known that this was not the entire home I would not have booked this.
