Charming home centrally located in beautiful Clifton Heights. Wonderful location minutes to downtown, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, Forest Park, Aquarium and STL Zoo. Take a morning stroll to Chris's Pancake & Dining for breakfast or enjoy coffee on the nice front porch. House is very clean and cozy. New beds, sheets and pillows. Guests have private use and access to the entire house. Take advantage of amenities including washer/dryer access, WiFi, Smart TV's, and upgraded chef's kitchen.All approved guest will have full access to the entire house minus the basement and supply storage closet.

The living room has a large comfortable sofa, three chairs and two floor pillows where you can relax with one of our St. Louis guidebooks or watch something on the Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc. The open concept makes for a great comfortable environment. There is also a desk/workspace if you need to get some work done.

The kitchen has tons of space and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee in the fully stocked functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is seating for four at the center island, in addition to a four person seating dining table. There is also a half bathroom located off of the kitchen which also shares space with the washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is located upstairs at the front of the house with a bathroom directly across the hallway, with a combination tub/shower. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam hybrid mattress, alarm clock, phone chargers, 1 closet with hangers, 55 inch Smart TV and a large dresser to store all of your belongings.

The second bedroom is located upstairs toward the back of the house. Shares the 1 bathroom upstairs across the hall. Features a full size memory foam hybrid mattress, closet space with hangers, alarm clocks, phone multi-charger cable, 40 inch Smart TV's and a dresser to store all your belongings.

The third bedroom is located upstairs toward the back of the house. Shares the upstairs bathroom next to the bedroom. Features a full size memory foam hybrid mattress, alarm clock, phone multi-charge cable, 40inch Smart TV. Features a walk-in closet w/ hangers, dresser to store your belongings and a single rollaway bed.

The single rollaway bed is stored in t he walk-in closet of the third bedroom. It measures 31inches wide and 75inches long. It has a weight limit of 250lbs.

The front porch offers seating for 6 with our comfortable patio furniture. This is great for drinking your morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon.

For security, cameras have been installed in common areas (front porch and back porch).
