It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

***PARKING This house has a covered garage space to fit one/two cars and 2 more cars can fit the driveway. The overflow can be used as well and it's about 200 ft walk from the house.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

There's a lot of wear and tear on the home however it's pretty clean. I think the main issue that I had was that some of the beds that did not have comforters and it was cold during the time that we stayed I contacted customer service. He responded quickly and he sent maintenance out the next day to inspect the concerns that we had. Overall, pretty clean place. We really enjoyed ourselves and we would stay again.

This house was nice. I enjoyed my stay at this house. What made the house so much nicer was the property manager. She stayed in contact with me and was so nice. She made me feel welcome immediately. There are a few tips I would suggest in the house. The house needs a broom and knife for the kitchen to cut food. The floors need to deep clean. The carpet smelled like a dog been there. The sheets in the frozen room had stains on it. In the boys bathroom, it had a dirty rag left on top of the clean rags. But overall I enjoyed the house and liked the house. It just needed to be cleaned better.

The home is a very spacious and nice family home, just a few improvements need with the air unit my entire stay the ac did not work the temperature inside the house stayed at 81 on the upper level were majority of the bedrooms are
