About this cabin rental
Note that there are no indoor stairs connecting the lower-level bedroom and the rest of the cabin. Guests on the lower level will use the main outdoor stairs to enter the main floor, where the kitchen and living room are located.
The short private road leading to the cabin is paved (new for 2023!) as well as the driveway for the cabin.
For 2022, the property received an upgraded whole-house HVAC installation to ensure comfort, including additional ventilation and filtration, along with a smart thermostat and 3 temperature sensors that all work together to maintain a pleasant climate inside. Also for 2022, the water filtration system was replaced entirely to ensure clean, healthy well water is delivered with the right amount of pressure to all faucets and showers. These upgrades have been a refreshing addition to an already enjoyable stay.
Head to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for unparalleled horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking. Keep your eyes peeled for historic buildings such as Reagan Tub Mill and Ephraim Bales Cabin, as well as beautiful wildflowers, waterfalls, and animals. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a long day reveling in the area's unspoiled beauty.
Tampering with the internet connectivity or security cameras, bringing animals, hosting parties/events, or smoking of any kind will result in action by the owners, including the potential removal of guests from the property without a refund.
