Great proximity to the beach! Host was pleasant and accommodating, responded quickly to questions. Downstairs neighbors are friendly. Cleanliness left a little to be desired (sand grains on the floor, my wife saw a large bug).

Immediately after getting to property I tripped going up the stairs due to the stairs being at different heights. My husband tripped for the same reason later. There are so many screws that are at different heights in the floor that our shoes kept getting caught and causing trips nonstop. The kitchen was stocked well, but there were huge roaches that threw me off from using the kitchen too much.Sitting on the front porch at night my husband found a marijuana joint laying on the floor by one of the tables. We were only there for one night, so it served it's purpose, but I'd probably not rent again.
