About this hotel

The Surrey Room a lovely room without kitchenette and has one full size bed and private bathroom. The Surrey room is adjacent to our front desk parlor, located on the first floor, facing front. All rooms at Incentra are air-conditioned. Due to its historic significance, this hotel has not been retrofitted to accommodate persons with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA")
