OVERVIEW: Enjoy all the best Rehoboth offers with tax-free shopping, excellent restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. Relax by the community pool or read a book on your screened-in porch. This condo is on the 3rd level (no elevator), has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps six comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Comfortable seating in the living room and access to the lovely screened-in porch.
LOCATION: Close to Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany, and Dewey Beaches (within 2-3 miles). Within walking distance to restaurants (Fins Ale House and Raw Bar, Rehoboth Diner, Agava, The Pond, Moe's Southwest Grill, and several more. Tax-free Tanger outlets are approx. One mile from the community, the community pool (Mem Day-Labor Day) is just steps away.
PARKING: Plenty of parking- not assigned.
AMENITIES: Community pool, central AC, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and electronic keypad for easy check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancelLinens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This is the second time at this rental and, as before, a good choice. Location is excellent, halfway between Lewes and Rehoboth, just a bit off Route 1 so there is some highway noise but not a lot and easy to get to. Rental is generally well kept up and fairly well supplied (needs a new can opener and drain rack). Highly recommended.

It was a last minute trip for us. The apartment was cozy and clean. We wanted to work a little but the internet connection was bad. So plan to disconnect during your stay! Other than that we were very pleased!
