The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing place if your looking to stay with family and especially with kids we stayed on the ground floor we were close to the pool too when it gets dark tho it is a bit hard to see as the lights outside are very dim but I highly recommend to check this place out it’s very clean and has everything one needs 10/10

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Having a second bedroom so our kids had their own room and bathroom was perfect. The house had plenty of bathroom towels, toiletries, and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, measuring cups, cutting board, knives, oven mitts, and several other gadgets. There are a few board games that our kids enjoyed too. The only suggestion we have is to add room darkening curtains, mainly in the master bedroom where the morning sun shines so bright. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, just a short 5 minute walk from the beach, and the pool is just feet away from the back patio. Overall, we had a great experience here and will definitely look at coming back when in the area again!!
