About this house rental
Centrally located in the Bellevue suburb of Seattle, our home is 2 miles from the Redmond Microsoft campus and 3.5 miles from downtown Bellevue. Fully furnished and equipped to serve up to 10 guests for both short and long stays. Central heat and air conditioning are complemented by heated floors in all three baths, creating a high level of comfort and warmth.
Ideal place for one large family or two families, one per each level.
The space
On upper level there is one master bedroom (king) with its own bath, and two other bedrooms (double) which share the hallway bath.
On lower level, there are two large bedrooms, one has a double and the other a king bed. The two lower bedrooms are connected by a door, making this an ideal space for families traveling with children. Access to the lower bath is from the smaller bedroom and also through the laundry. Please check floor plans for details.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire home and yard. Garage is locked and used as storage for host's items.

It is a nice place. We had seven staying and never felt too cramped. The door was unlocked when we arrived. Ran out of the one roll of paper towel and the dishwasher tablet. One pan is SS. Used it twice and everything stuck/burned to it.

We had an enjoyable stay with our family of six. The house was the perfect size, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Its location was great, making our trips into Seattle easy, just about 30 minutes away. The house was also clean and matched the listing photos. We appreciated how responsive the host was whenever we had a question.One of the main reasons we chose this property was the central air conditioning, as a middle age woman AC especially at bedtime is important. While the system was functional, it was locked to a minimum of 70 degrees and struggled to cool the house below 74–75 during the day. The beautiful skylights brought in great natural light but did contribute to the upper floor getting quite warm. When we inquired about adjusting the AC slightly overnight, the host mentioned the home's older insulation, so just something to keep in mind if you're traveling in the summer and sensitive to warmer indoor temperatures.There were a few minor things worth noting: the backyard sandbox had collected water and was too heavy to drain, so we ended up covering it. The amenities were as described, though a bit minimal, no paper towels or dish soap provided and just enough towels for our group. We also noticed, during checkout, that the dishwasher was full of what appeared to be clean dishes left from the previous guests.Overall, this is a lovely, spacious home that works well as a base for exploring the Seattle area.
