If you are looking for an affordable, confortable, and clean certified place to vacation in Puerto Peñasco, this unique space is built to warm welcome tourist to enjoy the beauty that our beautiful city has to offer.
Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. It also has bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities, board games, and much more. Relaxation abounds!
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with easy access to the bathroom just across the bed, and has a spacious closet and access to the small balcony. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, spacious closet and easy access to the bathroom.
The kitchen area has modern cabinets with microwave, refrigerator, and stove. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, washer and dryer.
While we are fully responsible for the condominium, we cannot be held responsible for the common areas, extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.

We had a great stay. Apt was perfect for the 3 of us.

I rented the two bedroom two bath condo just for two nights. My entire reason to come to rocky point was to deliver supplies to Barbs rescue. Eat seafood and transport some puppies back to phx. So I didn’t want to spend a lot $$$. This condo fit. It has everything you can need in the kitchen. Except the coffee. There are plenty of towels. When we got here a bunch of kids playing at the pool and later in the dirt field. It was a perfect for parents who want to watch the kids from the condo.
The were some issues. First the amount of emails and text I received was an issue. Most were repeats and it made it difficult to find the important ones like how to get in the door. We had to call for help and he was great.
The door is a Big problem and needs to be dealt with. It’s difficult to close and doesn’t feel secure. It takes many tries. When we close the door while in the condo it is difficult and not very secure. Needs a deadbolt and needs to be fixed.
The internet is spotty. Must sign into the condo below.
Walls must be paper thin. We could hear everything being said downstairs.
While it advertised a washer dryer we received an email while there saying it didn’t work
The condo is on the 2nd floor. At nights it’s very dark. There is a light on the stairs but it didn’t work . At night the steps are dangerous without lights
The security guards was great. But doesn’t know English We never felt unsafe.
