We loved the warmth of the house itself as well as the community. It’s close proximity to all the parks and shopping locations. The decoration and ambience were top notch. The kitchen is spectacular.

My family of 5 traveled to Florida to stay for a week. Trying to get to FL was a DISASTER!! When we finally arrived to our home away from home it was a welcomed relief. Everything was clean/new and super comfortable for us all. I do have a few tips for the property managers, NOT to deter from this amazing home. 1. Our property was supposed to have an amenities access card; it did not.
2. After calling to see if a property staff could bring us one; we were never contacted and never received the access card. 3. A plunger may be an added necessity. 4. BLINDS!!!! Pleas install blinds at the front and back door. Other than these things the property was a great home for myself and my family! We look forward to staying here again.

The home itself is beautiful and conveniently located. However, Vacasa has really missed the mark with routine maintenance. The first night of my stay the smoke alarms were going off so loud that I had to vacate, despite me removing the battery. The next day when the technician arrived, he said there was no way I could have fixed it myself since everything was hardwired. Next, the refrigerator had a light on which stated that the filter needed changed. Next, the Keurig machine didn’t work and there was no back up coffee machine. These are routine matters that should be checked on a regular schedule but it seems they are being neglected.
