- A village house in southern France, located in the quiet hamlet of Serres in the heart of the Cévennes.

- Located 6 km from Le Vigan, with all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.), and 35 minutes from Aigoual, the Cirque de Navacelles, Lac des Pises, and Lac de Camprieu. Montpellier is 1 hour away, Nîmes is 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and Aveyron is 1 hour away. Ideally located.

- For nature lovers, hikers, and those who enjoy the great outdoors, you can enjoy an active or relaxing vacation—whichever you prefer—for a complete escape from the world (no Wi-Fi). Hiking trail starting from the hamlet (Serres). River a 5-minute walk away. A wide range of activities are available, such as horseback riding, the greenway, and canoeing (30 minutes away), as well as bike rentals, a municipal pool, and a local farmers’ market and night market just 5 minutes away.

- The house can accommodate up to 4 people, plus a baby (a travel crib is provided). It features a living area on the first floor with a kitchen of approximately 22 square meters, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and oven, a Senseo coffee maker, a fridge-freezer, dishes and utensils, a sofa, a TV, a large table for 6 people, an armchair, and a bathroom with a toilet.

- Upstairs is a large 18-square-meter bedroom with a bed for two and storage space, as well as an open 11-square-meter loft with two 90-centimeter beds and storage.

- The bedroom opens onto a covered patio equipped with a table, chairs, and an electric grill.

- An additional fee will be charged for linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) and cleaning.

- I am available to answer any questions during your stay, as I live nearby. Keys will be handed over in person, and the balance for your stay is due upon arrival. I accept pets of a reasonable size. This is a smoke-free property. The unit is cleaned after each guest’s departure in accordance with current COVID-19 health guidelines.
