Ideally located to discover Landes and the Basque Country. Near Hossegor, Seignosse, Capbreton, Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, Spain, Pyrenees.
On 160 m2, the house has a large living room, dining room with a large sofa bed, and a dining table for 8 people, a fully equipped open kitchen: island, oven, microwave, senseo coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, etc...

Equipped with 2 bedrooms plus one on the mezzanine arranged as follows:
1 bedroom with 140x190 bed
1 bedroom sofa bed 140 x 190 plus cot
1 bedroom bed 160x200 plus 1 futton.
Some children's games will be at your disposal.
Thanks to its 2 outdoor terraces, you can enjoy the shade or the sun while looking at the magnificent view of the Landes. Equipped with 2 garden tables, garden furniture, BBQ, deckchairs, hammock and an above-ground swimming pool.
The walled garden has a swing and a house/hut for children.
There is also a storeroom with washing machine.
