has been completely renovated with taste and comfort in mind and is sure to charm you at
offering a pleasant stay in Brittany:
On the first floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen (4-burner
pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, food processor, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle...) washing machine,
TV, 2-person sofa bed, toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 and 1 crib), bathroom with toilet. High chair.
Sheets are provided: beds made upon arrival.
Unfenced garden, patio with barbecue and patio furniture, parking.
*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***:
Tourist tax: €0.70/day/person (exempt for children under 18).
*** Electricity: A flat rate of 10 kWh/day is included in the rate for the period from May 27, 2023, to September 30, 2023; any usage over this amount is charged at 0.18 €/kWh.
*** Additional electricity charges (€0.18/kWh based on meter reading) apply during the off-season (October 1 through May 27) for weekly reservations (7 days).
* Bath linens available upon request: 5.00 € per person
* Cleaning fee upon request: 30 €
