In the heart of the Nantes wine region, near Clisson, Le Village de Gîtes du Moulin Neuf offers 11 self-catering vacation rentals available year-round. Situated along the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, the cottages enjoy an exceptional natural setting in a former weavers’ village featuring a fulling mill, just 30 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou.
A haven of nature and authenticity where life is good...
In a small building with 5 apartments, each featuring a balcony, every unit bears a name evoking the weaving trade that gave rise to the village: “Drapier,” “Lainière,” “Etendoir,” “Filature,” and “Meunerie” (3 on the first floor and 2 upstairs).
Overlooking the river, each rental consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (including dishes, refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a dining area, a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), and a balcony with patio furniture.
1 bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Flat-screen TV.
Free Wi-Fi.
A laundry room is available free of charge with a washing machine and dryer (please bring your own laundry detergent).
A barbecue area, shared by all 5 apartments, is available (please bring your own charcoal).
Free private parking at the entrance to the cottage village (unattended).
Access to the river is via a small walking trail. You can enjoy the communal green spaces along the banks of the Sèvre. Swimming is prohibited there by municipal ordinance.
In the summer, bicycles are available for rent on site for a donation.
