Known as “Résidence La Rome,” this small house consists of 4 newly renovated one-bedroom apartments in a very quiet and pleasant farmhouse located across from the Thermes du Boulou.
Shared garden and terrace. A lovely little river (the Rome) runs at the end of the garden.
Reserved parking spaces right outside the door.
Perfect for recharging your batteries!
Walking distance to the thermal baths and the casino.
A 3-minute drive from Le Boulou with shops and supermarkets, 10 minutes from the Spanish border, and 20 minutes from the beaches.

The “Roselia” apartment is brand-new—renovation completed in February 2018—and located on the first floor.
Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), featuring a dust-mite-resistant and antibacterial mattress with balanced comfort and firm support. Duvet and 4 pillows.
Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and steamer.
Washing machine, TV (internet box), Wi-Fi (fiber), portable air conditioner, fan, heating, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Household cleaning supplies and linens provided, as well as coffee, tea, and sugar for a more relaxing arrival.
Pets allowed.
Non-smoking accommodation.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Available for all 4 apartments: an electric barbecue, a raclette/grill for 4 people, a raclette/pierrade for 2 people, an immersion blender, and an electric citrus juicer. A vacuum cleaner on the first-floor landing. A sewing kit and a few books.

Brand-new apartment. Please take good care of it and let us know if anything is missing, broken, or damaged.
This is an older building; please keep noise to a minimum in the common areas.
No smoking inside the apartment (terraces are available).
A garden and two terraces are available for your use; access is from the side of the building.
Basic cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment (broom and mop next to the refrigerator); a vacuum cleaner is available on the first-floor landing.
ENHANCED “ COVID-19 ” PROTOCOL:
A 24-hour period is observed between each rental for air purification and disinfection. The apartment is fully disinfected between each rental, and all linens are washed, including the bedspread and mattress pad.
