- an open and fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi and AC.

It will also only take you 20 minutes to walk to Juan-les-Pins and its many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the proximity of the station, you can also easily discover the other cities of the Côte d'Azur.
