This very nice 80 sq. m apartment, neatly and stylishly decorated, is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator) and includes :
- a pleasant and bright living room,
- 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with 2 simple beds (which can be set as a double bed - to be specified when ordering),
- 2 bathrooms with showers,
- a large and well-equipped dining kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, micro-wave, hotplates, fridge, dish-washer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, induction chargers, WiFi.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

Two steps away from Quartier latin, you will be at the heart of the intellectual and cultural Paris, in the universities, theaters and literary cafés area. Numerous activities will be accessible on foot, and you will have the choice between a lot of museums, restaurants, or just to stroll around the beautiful Luxembourg garden, situated two steps away from the building. You will be able to access to the Panthéon, the Luxembourg museum or Place Monge market in 15 min by foot. Saint-Jacques street will delight you with its numerous restaurants, we recommend you among others Le Risalé traditional restaurant or Solera cocktail bar.

Luxembourg RER station (RER B) → 3 min on foot
Raspail metro station (lines 4 and 6) → 10 min on foot
From Gare Montparnasse → 20 min on foot or 5 min by car

Excellent apartment!! Well appointed. We would happily stay again!! Nice layout and close to Jardin Luxembourg! Plenty of room for our family of 4 to rest and relax. We could have fit one or two more people comfortably. It’s also right on the Metro. Strongly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful and has a wonderful location. However, for the price some ammenities could be improved: there’s a dishwasher but no dish detergent - same for the laundry, there were no trash bags, etc., If someone is paying 1k/night it would be lovely to not spend extra money on items like this.

We loved this location near the Luxembourg gardens where our kids could play at the playgrounds, and the easy access to the metro. It was minimalist and comfortable on a quiet street. Merci beaucoup!
