It's ideally located near the Rhône and Confluence. You can also enjoy a concert at the Halle Tony Garnier or a match at the Stade Gerland.

Located in Lyon, the accommodation is bright and nicely decorated. It is generally very appreciated by travelers for its brightness, its cachet and its design. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped and functional kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful living room to relax after an intense day.
The apartment has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer! You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay : coffee machine, oven, washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings !
Many restaurants are located nearby and will allow you to discover the local gastronomy.
The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity with the metro line B (stop Place Jean Jaurès) at 3 mn walk and the bus line 64 (stop Pré Gaudry) at the bottom of the apartment. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! An Auchan Supermarket Lyon Gerland is located at 2 mn walk from the apartment, which is ideal to realize all your shopping. A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!
