A decorative cottage built in 1927 and beautifully located in the southwest of Sweden.
A cottage in a slightly older style with wooden floorboards covered with colorful carpets and wallpaper that create a playful and cozy atmosphere. This accommodation offers you a lot of space to develop and feel like home. It is a child-friendly house with rustic furnishings, so it has retained the charm and style of the time, while the stove also generates the needed heat.
This beautiful cottage with reading corner, spacious garden for playing borders a forest and is therefore very quiet.
In 700 meters you can reach a lake where you can swim, go to
Gekås, the largest outlet center in Scandinavia can be found 18 km away in Ullared, where many do their bulk shopping. Between Älvsered and Ullared runs the 15 km long cycling and hiking trail Pyttebaneleden, among other things the trail passes the river Högvandsån, where you can fish for salmon and sea trout, there also finds the river pearl mussel the right water to thrive. To the sandy beaches of Varberg and Falkenberg you have 50 km. In Varberg there is also a fortress worth seeing, a beautiful beach promenade, restaurants and stores.
