My wife and I loved the place. It was a great price and a great location. I highly recommend it to anyone who does not like hotels or just wants there own little space on big island.
A notification ahead of time about the oven and stove top not working would have been appreciated. We were informed day of. While not mandatory, the cooking range was a deciding factor for our stay here so having it not work was unfortunate. I also dont blame the property as well due to the flooding that occurred in March.

Location, spaciousness, superior value.
Barking dogs next dog was our only issues. Easily solved with earplugs at night.

Convenient location to sights North and South of Kona in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved the location and the spaciousness of the accommodation.
There was an odd smell permeating from the drain or dishwasher. Once the windows were opened it disappeared quickly.
