Location was perfect and it was alot bigger than we imagined it would be.
Pillows were useless. There were a lot of flies in the house. We could not figure out where they were coming from. My husband was not happy that there was no cable tv. We are older people and not big on streaming services but the rest of us were ok without tv. He just wanted to see news and he likes to relax at night with it on.

It is spacious. We loved the screen porch it was so relaxing.
There was no utensils. Only utensils was for cooking. No normal size butter knives, spoons, forks nothing people probably steal them but maybe they should just leave some plastic ones on site for everybody. Just a suggestion. We had to go buy after we already had breakfast made.

The house was beautiful, modern, and clean. It had 3 separate sleeping areas, which was perfect for our extended family. It also had a beautiful screened in porch over looking a canal. Assateague State Park with a great beach, snackbar, changing rooms, and rest rooms was about a 20-minute drive away. There was also a park and ride station about 5 minutes away with free parking that runs free shuttle buses to and from the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk every 20 minutes all day. We went to both beaches but especially loved the beach at the state park.
It was not within walking distance of a beach (which we knew when we booked it).
