Room was cooled when we arrived in the evening, which is great if outside is 40degC.
Each room has its own AC.
There is plenty of street parking available.
No elevator to the top floor.
Insulation could be better so you wouldn't such a powerful AC system for a good temperatures.
Also in terms of noise - although noise was not too at the time we stayed there for a night.
Bed in kids bedroom was really "creaky". Every move could be heard through all the apartment. I think they urgently need to correct this as it is really disturbing.

Close to the old town, clean, two separate rooms + living room.
Noise from the road, but we were tired and fell asleep quickly. There is no hanger in the bathroom, and the second bed is a bit narrow.

A pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, al abrir la puerta de apartamento entras en otro mundo, de conformidad, todo nuevo muy limpio y minimalista. La ubicación de 10.
No tiene ascensor y subimos dos plantas con las maletas y las almohadas muy duras como piedras, y el olor de las toallas a humedad. Por lo demás perfecto.
