Bellissimo e nuovissimo appartamento, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Un panorama stupendo dalla terrazza che si affaccia sulle colline toscane. Consigliatissimo!

Die Wohnung war super schön, groß und top gepflegt bzw. noch sichtbar sehr neu. Hervorzuheben sind die guten Klimaanlagen und die super bequemen Betten. Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut (Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine etc.). Luigi war sehr nett und hat uns empfangen. Die Lage war zentral im Ort in kurzer Laufweite zu mehreren Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Eisdiele und kostenfreien Parkplatz. Wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon. Von San Miniato ist man innerhalb max. einer Stunde an den sehenswertesten Flecken in der Toskana, unter anderem Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena usw. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen!

Struttura moderna ,molto spaziosa e accogliente,climatizzata,pulita ,molto confortevole e dotato di tutti i confort…con una bellissima vista sulle colline…
A noi è piaciuto proprio tutto…nessuna fatica a raggiungere l appartamento che si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore….

Die Wohnung ist in jeder Beziehung hervorragend, sowohl die Lage als auch die Ausstattung sind top. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Aussicht über die herrliche Landschaft ist fantastisch. Luigi hat extra auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir später ankamen und hat uns alles sehr freundlich erklärt.
