Excellent breakfast

No restaurant for lunch and dinner

Had a comfortable beautiful stay that catered for my needs except for the receptionist who did not welcome me.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist who was a lady informed me that I booked someone else room on the day I made my booking online as that person was trying to amend their booking as they had booked since last year and my booking was not suppose to be approved or made available online, she then also added that even the room rate that booking.com charged me was low and I should have been charged more instead as those are not the prices rate per room. When I asked her how is that my problem that i booked and the app and the property made the room available on booking. She was reluctant in checking me in and made me feel unaccepted, frustrated and a bit stressed. When she saw that I was challenging her, she said no i was just telling you but will proceed with your booking. She told me something that i had no business on and not welcoming

Breakfast was excellent, thanks to the cook who went the extra mile for us.

Very little not to like. In an excellent mountain secluded setting.
