The property was very nice and clean. You can tell they have done a lot of work to update it. The furnishings and decor are very cute. They have throws downstairs on the couch and extra fans in the bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of extra blankets if needed. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, but having the half bath downstairs was great. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to wash a few things such as our beach towels and swimsuits. There were games, movies and books available. The appliances are nice and there was a lot of kitchenware if you wanted to cook. The property is the perfect distance from the pool, and very easy to get to. The pool atmosphere was fun, they played music and had a bar and grill. Beaches are close by as well as a grocery store and restaurants. They also provided a couple of dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher.
There was nothing to clean the countertops with in the kitchen or the kitchen table. No extra touches such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Definitely not a deal killer, but a pain when you are flying and don't have a lot of extra space to pack. There were some coffee pods, but no sugar or sweetener packets. Even just a couple would have been nice. Our family was there for five days and they only provided two garbage bags, fortunately we had grocery sacks we could use for garbage. The description of the property said it was 2500 feet from the beach. I didn't do the calculations so I was thinking the property was close to the beach. It's not. 2500 feet is approximately half a mile. Again, not a big deal, but seemed a little misleading, but was also my fault for not doing the math. No beach or pool towels to use. We could have taken the white towels but I didn't want to get them grungy. The pool needed cleaning and probably more chlorine, There was a lot of green algae growing all along the sides.
