Lovely ultracentral apartment with parking

Aproape de centru, chiar o placere sa faci pași pana in zona centrala. Parcare subterana care a contat mult. Raport calitate/ pret, pt Cluj, excelent.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Mieszkanie znajduje się na nowoczesnym osiedlu i jest komfortowe oraz dobrze wyposażone. Duży pokój i bardzo wygodne łóżko zapewniają dobry komfort wypoczynku. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, z lodówką, kuchenką i piekarnikiem, pozwala bez problemu przygotowywać posiłki. Na plus zasługuje również ładna łazienka z kabiną prysznicową oraz zgrabny, przyjemny balkon. Bardzo dobrze działało Wi-Fi. Dużym atutem jest także podziemny parking. Lokalizacja jest dogodna – około 1,5 km od Starego Miasta, więc można tam łatwo dotrzeć pieszo. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Jedynym niewielkim minusem jest brak klimatyzacji. Poza tym apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania i nie mamy większych zastrzeżeń.

Hiányzott egy ventillátor. Jó lenne egy sima függöny, a fürdőben törölközőtartó és egy kis szekrény, ahová le lehet pakolni dolgokat. A lift működése zajos, behallatszódik. Kellene papírtörlő, konyharuha, csepegtető tálca.

It's good value for money comparing to its location and accommodation type. The self check-in process was easy and the given instruction was clear. Plus is that there is a free parking slot in the garage, which is great - although there is a big column on the left side of the slot, so it is hard to fit SUV car.

We were aware that there is no aircon in the apartment, however, I would recommend to have at least a fan in the apartment since on hot days it can be stuffy. The bed/mattress was a little bit uncomfy for a light sleeper like me since whenever I turned around, I could hear the spring of mattress. The kitchen was well-equipped.
