Locație bună față de prețul plătit. Zonă liniștită. Vedere frumoasă de pe balcon. Loc de parcare dedicat, în subteran.
Locația este o garsonieră, nu un apartament cu un dormitor, cum m-am așteptat. Ar fi o listă de lucruri de remediat: Televizorul nu a funcționat De sub cada din baie apare apă pe pardoseală când faci duș, undeva este o ne-etanșeitate. Suportul perei de duș din perete este spart Parchetul nu este bine montat la intrarea în garsonieră

Facilità di accesso e distanza dal centro non troppo elevata (20 minuti). Comodità del parcheggio coperto. Bollitore, macchina per il caffè espresso e bustine di tè e caffè.
Letto senza comodini; mancanza di interruttori per la luce vicini al letto. Poca disponibilità e flessibilità nelle risposte del gestore (abbiamo domandato se potevamo lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio per un'ora in più e in pratica non ci hanno risposto se non con messaggi semi-automatici). Mancanza asciugamano per le stoviglie. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo una salvietta utilizzata in bagno.

Easy to collect the keys. Nice terrace.
Inside was quite dirty and everything looked very used and put together on a very small budget. Bed was missing a piece, the door knob from the entrance fell off when we entered, couch was stained badly, and the building looks more like a loony bin then an apartment building.
