Romantic luxury in city center

camera mare, spatioasa, curata.paturile confortabile, lenjeria curata. bucataria spatioasa, bine dotata, baie curata , prosoape suficiente si curate. balcon mare, spatios.

locatia este cam ascunsa de privirile vizitatorilor,este scara dupa coltul blocului.indicatiile de pe booking nu au fost suficiente, noroc de vecini. sint convins ca o schita cu trseul ce trebuie urmat pina la scara blocului sau niste poze ar fi foarte utile.

Very nice location, close to the center. Nice cosy apartment, good view from the terrace .There were no photos of the view from the terrace I do not know why because is lovely and there was a huge pine which made the whole atmosphere great. In the morning there was huge traffic on the nearby street but the view and the fact that the sun light was directed on the terrace made the morning coffees excellent . :-) The room was quite and even during the hot days (over 30 degrees Celsius outside ) with no air conditioning the apartment had a good temperature inside . Good insulation. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment quiet even though there was traffic outside during the rush hours. The bedding was very clean. The check-in video was useful. Overall it was good value for the money. I would stay there next time also. :-)

In the description and information there was no info that there is Wifi in the apartment. Because of this I have purchased extra mobile net. It could have been included in the list of accessories since it is not obvious. I have sent an sms to the given phone number asking about the possibility of a later chechout and asking about the checkout procedure but I did not get any reply. Information about checkout could be included in the mail where there was a lot of checkin info but nothing about checkout. There was no extra toilet paper supplied. No socket or an extension cord next to the bed. I missed these. A small table + reading lamp right next to the bed could have been very functional . The bathroom tap had to be opened at maximum otherwise the water poured on the edge of the washbasin. Water wastage. :-( The bathroom had a strange smell it was bearable not to intensive but some maintenance would be needed. The blocks of flat didn't have signs on the wall about where are the apartments ,which directions. The numbering was very strange.

The best part about the property was that price was low for the facilities.

The TV was not working. There were no beddings for the sofa although our booking included 3 persons so clearly one of us was going to use the sofa. The bathroom was generally ok and clean but the shower head needs to be changed.

Parcarea subterană, lift și ca exista un mega image la 200 m!

Ca nemulțumuri:patul scârțâie sub orice critică, lipsa unei plase protectie la balcon pt animale mici, am contactat la sosire proprietarul de 2 ori nu a răspuns, distanța față din centru circa 30 min mers la pas, tencuiala de pe plafonul balconului stă să cadă, furtun de la duș e horor, zici că ții un par, e din plastic și nu se mulează mai deloc și lătratul câinilor de la veci noaptea un coșmar iar zgomotul avioanelor care trec pe deasupra e deranjant noaptea! Ca preț 500 lei e binișor având în vedere ca găsisem la hotel cu 600(2 nopți),un alt aspect este lipsa cablului nu poți să te uiți la nimic, aiurea tare, d-le proprietar la 500 lei 2 nopți tr să oferi mai mult, mai schimbă și dumneata parchetul, patul, mai pune un mâner la dulap că doar bani ei! Îmi pare rău că nu am fost la hotel astai marea mea dezamăgire!
